If you want a Homeguard or TRB license, call 100. Homeguard's license has been appointed to regulate the traffic and to manage the complaints of wanting to avoid traffic jams. They have been asked to get a license from the driver for traffic in important cities like Ahmedabad, 17 PUC and RCBook.
