 There has been a long wait to create a driving license since the online process for creating a learning driving license began.  A lot of people are being given dates 3-4 months later.  This is happening because of the cowardly guidelines.  But now the government has taken a good initiative to get rid of the long wait.  The Union Ministry of Road Transport and Highways has sought the views of the people by announcing a draft for it.

  Until now, people had to go round the RTO to get a driving license, so the government started the process of taking a driving test by taking an online appointment.  But when the epidemic broke out, the lockdown disrupted operations and extended the waiting time.  Kovid later started calling a limited number of people for the test due to the rules but the waiting time started increasing.

 Online test and driving test have to be given in RTO to get a driving license.  Learning license is issued only after passing this test.  If you fail this test, you will not be issued a driving license.  The Permanent DL has to be created within 6 months after creating the Learning DL.

 The government wants to simplify the rules for making driving licenses.  Once the draft notification issued by the government is implemented, it will be much easier for those who want to create a new driving license.  Which will get rid of the hassle of giving driving test to the applicant.

 The draft released by the Union Ministry of Road Transport and Highways states that if an applicant has learned to drive from an accredited driving training center, he or she is not required to take a test for a driving license.  It will be considered suitable for a driving license.  The government is currently seeking views in this regard.  The government wants road accidents to be controlled and accidents can be reduced if an experienced driver drives.

 The Ministry of Road Transport is preparing to make 16 facilities online.  These include Learning Driving License, Renewal of Driving License, Duplicate Driving License, Changing Address in Driving License and Vehicle Registration Certificate, International Driving Permit, Temporary Vehicle Registration, Registration for Registration, NOC for Vehicle Registration.  No other documents are required to get a driving license and vehicle registration.  Aadhar card has to be verified by going to parivahan.gov.in.  Then you will be able to take advantage of the above 16 features.
